Clinical Trials: Assigning to Sites
ASSIGNED was built to accommodate every aspect of clinical trial recruitment. Using a familiar folder system to organize a companies studies and the trial sites that work under them, our platform is a scalable solution to manage all of your patients across an unlimited number of studies and sites. For more details on whether the clinical trial use case can work for you, see the clinical trial overview at the button below. Otherwise, scroll to see a quick example of how ‘Assigned‘ is used to manage clinical trials.
Below is an example of how ASSIGNED can adapt to a clinical trial.
Adapting to Clinical Trials
Everything in ASSIGNED begins as a generic object. At the core of the platform is an assignment. Assignments can be organized into projects and everything can be further organized into folders. For a clinical trial, we’re defining these objects as the following:
Folder = Condition / Disease
Project = Study
Project Folder = Site
Assignments = Patient Leads
In order to ensure the right people are notified with the correct information, all 4 items indicated above can be assigned to anyone. In this case, it allows for multiple people working at a site to be assigned patients that get organized under the site name while still allowing for the sponsor to see patients across all sites.
Unlimited Folders Means Unlimited Sites.
Our searchable sidebar allows for scalable Clinical Trials with unlimited studies and associated sites.
Auto Assign to Clinical Trial Sites
To minimize the hassle of manually adding patients to each site, ASSIGNED offers smart filters that can auto assign patients to the right site when the patient lead is created.
Clinical Study Specific Fields
Different from every other lead management platform, ASSIGNED allows for each study to include it’s own unique set of fields. This means you can add patients from two different studies who have answered different sets of questions to the same platform.
JotForm Integration
Use JotForm for your patient recruitment? We’ve integrated the service directly into ASSIGNED so that patients who fill out a questionnaire on JotForm can be dropped directly into the platform and assigned appropriately.
